This spacious, multi-level townhouse has ocean views from its rooftop deck and is located in the beautifully landscaped, beachfront Yachtsman Condominiums in Hyannis Cape Cod. The Yachtsman is a family-friendly, gated, resort-style condominiums next door to Veteran's Park with a children's playground and a couple of mins walking distance to two public beaches.
Enjoy your breakfast in the warm morning sun on 46 by the Sea’s cozy private roof-top deck or enjoy beautiful sunsets on the roof-deck after a day at the beach. 46 by the Sea has ocean views from its roof-deck, which overlooks conservation land and is very quiet.
46 by the Sea is a recently renovated townhouse with 1552 sq ft of living space with central AC throughout. It provides a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast island, peninsula with seating for 4 and dining area with additional seating for 6. Living room has high ceiling and a beautiful picture window overlooking the beach grass.
3 bedrooms with 3 full baths, 2 of the 3 bedrooms are ensuite. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Free WIFI, smart TV, computer monitor, and desk if you need to work while away from home. We do have one designated parking space.
