Positive: 1. Friendly and welcoming host. 2. Easy self check-in process. 3. Private parking space. 4. Very good price for the size and location. 5. Spacious layout with many rooms. 6. Large washing machine, big fridge, and a well-equipped kitchen. 7. Android TV. 8. Large indoor trash bin — convenient for longer stays.

Negative: 1. All the beds creak terribly — it’s almost impossible to fall asleep or turn without loud noise. 2. Every night, dogs from nearby houses bark loudly for hours. Even with closed windows and earplugs, I woke up several times. 3. The shower head is broken, so water sprays in all directions. 4. There was not enough toilet paper or kitchen paper provided.
