The villa sleeps 6 people, in 2 double bedrooms and a further bedroom with 2 single beds. The master double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool area. The second Double bedroom also has access to the balcony enabling you to relax eat and drink wine whilst watching the sun set across the coast and sea.There is a good sized family bathroom and an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor. Villa Katerina has all the mod cons to make your stay a relaxing and comfortable time. Villa Katerina is a 14 year old property, situated on an elevated position overlooking the mountains and sea with Paphos town and Coral Bay visible. Katerina is fully equipped with all modern furnishings and caters for all needs; the private pool is to rear of the the property giving it a good degree of privacy and looks out over the valley there is an outside BBQ area and pool shower and a covered dining area outside.
The inside of the villa is finished to a very high standard with marble floors, fully fitted separate kitchen leading into a dining room and living room to the rear overlooking the pool. The bedrooms are situated on the 1st floor and are accessed via the main entrance. There is a small drive and ample parking to the front .The property is very secure and enclosed it is located on a quiet lane with the bars, restaurants, shops, and banks of Peyia village a short 10 min walk away .
Inside the villa there is a DVD,/TV and, ample seating and log effect fire in the living room for those chilly winter evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, gas hob and oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all utensils and saucepans making it perfect for dining in. The dining room has a good size table with 6 dining chairs, plus two fold away chairs.
There is also a utility/ toilet room where the washing machine is located at the base of the stairs.
On the 1st floor are the 3 bedrooms 1 en suite, and a family bathroom with shower.
The 2 rear bedrooms have doors that open out onto a balcony that then overlooks the views to the rear.
All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes giving them ample room.
To the front of the villa there is ample parking on the road and there is also a small drive with room for one car , there is gated access to the side leading down to the kitchen side door and into the rear garden where the pool is located with steps either end. There are numerous flowers and shrubs further behind the pool and also a pool shower and outside BBQ. There is also an outside dining area that leads from the dining room and above this is an outside balcony leading off the main bedroom.
