Summary: We booked a room for my wife, our teenage son and I. But When we arrived late in the evening we discovered that we only got two beds. So I had to call for them to get another bed. They were very quick to fix this. However, they forgot to add pillow and a blanket. I called them the follwing day, but we did not get blanket nor pillow. Only linens came. So it must have been some miscommunication, probably on my behalf. Also, there were no coat hangers in our room and nothing to hang our clothes on in the shared bathroom. That could be improved. Cleanliness was ok. We were unlucky, there were others in the room next to us to who were not very hygenic in our shared bathroom. But Cleaners came every day so that was good and they were nice. Also besides in our room so was the kitchen and toilet and showers very cold in December. And the water for shower was cold. But as we read the instructions again online, we saw that we need to have the shower on for at least five minutes before it gets warm - and that was no understatement. As for location, it was pretty close to the centre, so that was really great. So if you are on a budget, and dont have too high expectations, by all means. We recommend it.
