Positive: The reception staff and especially the lady from the kitchen tried their best to make us feel comfortable.

Negative: The hotel is located about a 20–25-minute walk from the center of Larnaca, so it’s not very close. It’s a 2-star hotel, so we didn’t expect too much. Two of the beds were normal, while the other two were folding beds and not very comfortable. The equipment — fridge, TV, and wardrobes — were old and need renovation. The room itself was spacious, and it was cleaned every day, but it seemed to be done superficially since there was still a lot of dust on the doors. One of the walls had traces of dampness and was peeling.The bathroom didn’t have a regular door, only a partition, so it felt like the toilet and the room were one space, though luckily there wasn’t any bad smell. The hotel is right next to a boulevard, and there’s constant noise — even late at night from motorcycles drifting. The rooms have poor sound insulation.It was very unpleasant that an older man, probably the owner, was smoking freely in the hotel lobby, and the smell spread upstairs. Breakfast was miserable, with no variety — the same food every day: one egg, three olives, a slice of cheese, and some salami. You could choose coffee or tea, plus a boiled egg. That’s it — nothing else on the menu.A very poor breakfast, just enough so you don’t stay hungry. The hotel manager left a bad impression — she was not helpful at all and even rude. I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay; for one or two nights at most, you can manage.
