Welcome to My Sand Castle ~ Located in The Dunes Golf and Tennis Club on beautiful Sanibel Island, Florida. Our three bedroom/two bathroom private home has all new furnishings and the interior is wonderfully updated. Upon entering you'll find the spacious living room with plenty of seating and a flat panel TV with cable. There's a full kitchen with all appliances and fully stocked for you to prepare meals for your friends and family while on your Island vacation. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed with en-suite bathroom with the other two guest bedrooms each having a queen bed and full bathroom in between. A great feature of the home is the laundry room with a desk area so you can work remotely and have some privacy, if needed, as well. Downstairs is the private heated pool and spa area featuring plenty of lounge seating as well. Want to hit the beach? ... We're a bike ride or short car ride to the beach. The Dunes Golf and Tennis Club also has membership options for the month. Inquire with our office on the pricing should you wish to take advantage of those amenities. Monthly minimum stay required as well as calendar month reservations only.
