THE BEDROOMS
Thirteen uniquely themed bedrooms sleep up to 45 guests across king beds, queens, twins, and bunk rooms. Every room is designed around a classic game — Monopoly, Scrabble, Clue, Pac-Man, Dungeons & Dragons, and more — with immersive decor that makes each one its own experience.
King suites: Vegas Casino Games Suite (with real slot machines and a blackjack table), Carnival Games Waterfront Suite (lake views), Laser Games Bedroom, and Mind Games Bedroom.
Queen rooms: Scrabble Room, Classic Video Games/Pac-Man Room, and two CLUE-themed rooms that double as the escape room.

THE POOL & LAKE
The centerpiece is a 40,000-gallon resort-style pool with a multi-speed lazy river, hot tub, and two waterslides — a kiddy slide for the little ones and a giant speed slide that even the adults can't resist. A complete outdoor kitchen with grill, sink, fridge, and TV sits right alongside the pool so you can cook, eat, and never miss a moment.
Beyond the pool, 10 private acres stretch down to Lake Walsh with a dock, kayaks, a canoe, and a five-person pedal boat. Life vests, fishing poles, and oars are all provided. The lake is warm enough to enjoy roughly 10 months of the year, and sunsets from the dock are worth the trip alone.
