Positive: - Super fast internet - A/C in every room - 7-8 minutes by foot to nearest beach - Kitchen was very well equipped - Plenty of toys in apartment if you are traveling with children - Complex pools were quite nice - Plenty of parking spaces in front of building - Company that manages this flat was responding rapidly - Self Check in/out

Negative: - Main problem is that there is just one set of keys for 5 people to apartment itself and also to building main door which will always self-lock.Even when going to the complex pool , one has to exit building via main door and thus if not everybody wants to go out somebody from apartment has always go down and open main door for person returning to building. Second set of key ,at least to main door would go a long way. -There is a "booster" switch for A/C that has to be pressed every few hours for A/C to work. We experienced this also in other locations in Cyprus but problem here is switch placement ,which is almost in eye level in bedroom and it produces bright blue light all night long. It was really disturbing during the night,especially to our 1.5year old daughter. - we requested baby cot , but it was not there when we arrived. But host provided one on next day morning which we really appreciated.
