The villa enjoys one of the best sites on the island's ‘flagship’ development. It is supported by comprehensive onsite maintenance and management. Equipped to the highest specification for the owners use it includes a wall mounted 42" LCD TV and DVD player in the lounge with an X box and TV in the lower bedroom. Property now also has full reliable broadband connectivity (free), an inbuilt gas barbecue and new lounge patio furniture. The private pool has heating available (extra charge - only recommended between mid October - end of May) and a fully automatic pool safety cover.
