Welcome to our property! To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for you and future guests, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following house rules. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
1 – Utilities, Towels, and Linens
Your rental includes all utilities (electricity, gas, garbage disposal, etc.), towels, and toiletries. While electricity is provided free of charge, excessive or unreasonable consumption exceeding 130 kWh per week will be charged at €0.36 per kWh. This allowance is sufficient for normal usage, including air conditioning. To avoid extra charges:
Ensure all doors and windows are closed when using the air conditioning.
Turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving a room.
Ensure all appliances are off when leaving the property.
⚠️ If the property has an electricity card system, this rule does not apply. However, we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining an eco-friendly environment.
2 – Self-Catering Accommodation
This is a self-catering property, not a hotel. We provide starter supplies, but guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items they may need during their stay. Please note:
Edible items (e.g oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided.
Linen and towels are provided based on the number of guests in your booking.
3 – Noise and Parties
To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, we enforce a strict no-party and noise policy:
Loud music or excessive noise is not permitted after 11:00 PM.
Unregistered guests are not allowed beyond the number stated in your reservation.
Violations will result in a €300 fine. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
4 – Number of Guests
Only the guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay in the property. If additional guests stay without prior approval, extra charges will apply.
5 – No Smoking Policy
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A €200 fine will apply for violations. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
6 – Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If repairs are required, guests will be charged the full repair cost, plus any additional contractor fees.
7 – Cleaning Responsibilities
As a self-catering accommodation, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. The cleaning fee covers:
Initial setup of linens and towels.
A standard cleaning after checkout.
If the property is left excessively messy (e.g unwashed dishes, garbage left behind, stains on furniture/walls), an additional €50 cleaning fee will be charged.
8 – Extra Bed Sheets and Towels
For stays of 10 nights or more, you may request an extra set of bed sheets and towels at no charge.
For shorter stays, extra linens can be requested for an additional fee.
Requests must be made through our staff or guest area.
Guests are responsible for changing linens as needed.
9 – Mid-Stay Cleaning and Housekeeping
Mid-stay cleaning or daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to book these services.
10 – Key and Lock Policy
Do not leave the key inside the door lock. Cyprus entrance doors require a key to open from the outside. If the key is left inside, a locksmith will need to be called at the guest’s expense.
Always store the key in the key box when leaving the property. If locked out and the key is missing, a €30 call-out fee (or locksmith charge) will apply.
Lost or damaged keys/cards will incur a replacement fee: €10 for a key, €15 for a card.
11 – Proper Waste Disposal
Toilet paper must be disposed of in the bin, not in the toilet. Flushing paper can block the pipes, causing serious plumbing issues. Guests will be responsible for any repair costs.
Please dispose of all garbage in the designated bins.
12 – Use of Towels
Towels provided are for indoor use only. Please do not use them for the beach, as makeup wipes, or for cleaning the floor. A €25 charge per damaged towel will apply.
13 – Furniture
Please do not move furniture during your stay.
14 – Property Care and Respect
All guests are expected to treat the property with respect. Please ensure that all members of your party behave in a responsible and considerate manner.
15 – Hygiene and Pest Control
To prevent pests (e.g mosquitoes, ants, cockroaches), please:
Avoid leaving food or garbage exposed.
Keep the property clean during your stay.
Our properties are treated regularly by professional pest control services, but Cyprus' warm climate can still attract insects. No refunds will be issued for pest sightings.
16 – Maintenance Requests
Minor maintenance issues (e.g blinds, curtains, lightbulbs) will be addressed based on urgency. Emergency repairs will be prioritized.
17 – Early Check-in and Late Checkout
Early check-ins are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.
Late checkouts must be pre-approved. Staying past 11:00 AM without approval will result in an additional full-night charge.
18 – Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking remains in effect and cannot be waived. Please check with your travel insurance provider regarding reimbursement for cancellations.
If an issue with the property arises due to our responsibility, we will compensate for the affected nights. However, if the issue is resolved within 24 hours, refunds will not be provided.
