Modern and stylish apartment on the 1st floor just 3 mins walk from the beach front . Its located in a residential area between the historic centre of Limassol, the Marina of Limassol and the tourist area were all the hotels are. The apartment its sun-filled with marble floors, a kitchen with all its appliances, there is also air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room. The two bedrooms have (double) queen size comfortable beds with white linens and built-in closets. The Master bedroom is a little bit bigger than the other bedroom which has also access to a balcony that is facing north and is connected with the kitchen. Living room and dining area are appointed with comfortable and modern furniture , a flat screen cable TV with HDMI hook-up and a modern grey sofa bed that converts into a comfortable double size bed. There's also a small work desk in the dining area near the apartment's entrance as also a modern dining table with stylish chairs. In the area there's another balcony that is facing west. Apartment has a small but a comfy bathroom with toilet. The whole apartment is newly refurbished and listed on June 2019.
