The Riverwalk Cottage offers an Adorable, but Spacious floor plan sleeping up to 6 guests! We are Family Friendly, Pet Friendly and located in a Quiet and Relaxed Water Access Community within walking distance to a small beach area for relaxing and enjoying collecting driftwood and sea glass. The Main Public Beach is a 5 minute golf cart ride or car ride. This location is great for walking pets and riding your bike!
The home provides a spacious layout with 4 bedrooms , Master provides Queen Bed, Second bedroom provides a Queen with a separate single, Third provides a Queen and Forth provides a Twin. All that include linens with a Futon in the lower Family Room, 2 Full Baths that include a hall bath and private master bath all will include linens.
The Living space provides a Living Room area with electric fireplace, Family Room is on the lower level that provides TV area and Futon.
The Kitchen is equipped for all your dishware, glassware, a few pantry items, two coffee pot styles for the easy cups to the filter pots ! We have the convenience of glass cook top stove, toaster over, griddles and dishwasher for easy clean up!
You will enjoy the homes Porch areas, we offer two in this home ! The front enclosed sunroom will provide access to the enclosed fenced yard and the back screened porch is where you will have access to the Fire Pit, Charcoal grill, Hot Tub and enjoy games and meals at the outdoor table areas.
The Town Of Colonial Beach offers many amenities that include dining, Public Beach Swimming, fishing, bird watching, collecting driftwood, shopping and beaching all day!
