The reversing falls into the salt pond make it one of the birding hotspots in this region. We transformed this historic barn built by John Cheever by featuring unique characteristics of the era and updating it for today's style of living. The barn is an independent apartment with a full kitchen and a double bedroom in the loft (with a proper staircase) We opened up the walls to connect to the outdoors through adding multiple sets of French doors and picture windows in the barn.
