Our villa has undergone a complete refurbishment, internally in 2022 and all external terraces and pool replaced early 2023. The villa is located below the village of Karaagac in a peaceful, residential cul-de-sac, offering an ideal location for a relaxing break in the sun
The villa boasts stunning views of the North Cyprus coastline to the front, and the Kyrenia mountain range behind. The position above the seafront provides a much welcome breeze during the summer months!
We are conveniently located a short drive from Esentepe and its various amenities, and have a number of independent restaurants and bars within close proximity (taxi transfers are available if booked in advance). Car hire is essential for your stay as the villa is up a steep mountain road, with the nearest supermarket being a few minutes drive away. Parking is available for 2 cars on the driveway
The fabulous Korineum Golf & Beach Resort is just down the road, as are a number of sandy beaches and beach clubs; the main town of Girne is a 30-40 minute drive
The airport taxi transfer takes approximately 40 minutes from Ercan, and 70-90 minutes from Larnaca
