Summary: I was locked out of my room for half an hour. Apparently, the battery in the lock had died. Manager gave zero apologies for the battery inconvenience, just shrugged his shoulders. Also, phone didn’t work and had to be reconfigured. Tried using the gym, but it smelled so bad (old sweat), that I went straight back out. Had a red rash from the lotion in the bathroom. The only redeeming qualities about the hotel was the nice beach/pool area.
