The villa is a spacious three bedroom villa with private pool and beautiful golf course views. Located within walking distance of the Resort village centre.
Bedrooms: Two doubles and one Twin bedroom (all en suite, newly renovated bathrooms with modern showers).
Full Villa Description:
Villa Limni is beautifully decorated and is one of the most spacious three bedroom villas on Resort. The terrace is a beautiful space, with a 12x6m private pool (with heating available at additional cost) and is furnished with comfortable chairs, sunbeds, built-in BBQ area with gas BBQ and food preparation area, dining table and chairs. The wooden decked area further up the garden has sunbeds and is a great spot to relax and take in the views of the lake and golf course, facing the beautiful 10th fairway.
Inside, the open plan living room and dining area has a vaulted ceiling and large patio doors that open out onto the poolside terrace – great sense of space and light. The living area is comfortably furnished with a large sofa and has a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option. There is also a PS4 for added entertainment too. The large family kitchen is well-equipped, including dishwasher.
The first double bedroom and twin bedroom, both en-suite with newly renovated modern showers, are located on the mezzanine level. The double room opens out to the poolside terrace and the twin room opens out to the side of the property, also leading round to the poolside terrace. The Master double bedroom (also newly renovated to a modern shower room en-suite) is found on the first floor and has its own private balcony furnished with table and chairs looking out over the pool and golf course. There is also a front balcony with table and chairs which offers charming views of the pretty cul-de-sac where it is located.
The property is fully air-conditioned throughout, and has free reliable wireless internet. Located in a quiet street within walking distance of the Resort village centre.
Please note: pool heating for this villa is recommended between October - May and costs an additional €270.00 per week.
