In the master bedroom, you will find a super king bed.
Bedroom #2 there is 2 single beds that can be joined into a double on request
Bedroom #3 contains 2 single beds, can't be joined.
Bedroom #4 contains a double bed, located on the ground floor.
All bedrooms are en-suite rooms, plus a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.
Linen, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
-Deposit Required. Must be paid to the website/owner on request.
-Only the number of guests on the reservation will be accommodated for and beds prepared for those guests only. Failure to inform us or disclose additional guests without permission or payment will result in the loss of your full deposit to cover costs owed.
-Noise levels to be kept to a minimum at all times. Local families live nearby.
-£90 will be charged against your deposit if you leave the villa in a dirty condition to cover the cost of extra cleaning on top of the cleaning fee already charged during the booking process.
- Check-in time is after 15.00pm
- Check Out 11.30am.
Late check out charges will be applied if you fail to check out on time.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property and guests are kindly asked to smoke outside and away from the astro turf area.
- There is free parking on the premises, but is subject to availability if the owner is away and has parked their own car in the garage.
Otherwise parking is available directly in front of the villa or to the side of the villa. Do
not block/park in the front garage entrance area in case urgent access is required.
- Pets are NOT allowed at this property. Leave them at home and do not bring into our home any stray animals.
-All items provided for guests are accounted for. Lost/Missing (especially our beach/bath towels), damaged items will be charged for from your deposit before it is returned.
-Pay-As-You-Go electricity meter at this property. Credit given (100 units), but once used extra electricity credit will need to be purchased, contact the house manager or the owner a.s.a.p. Usually enough for the first day or so, depending on how you use, to get you started. Electricity metre located on the wall on ground floor near the stairs. You are responsible to monitor your own usage so as not to be left without power. Payments accepted in cash only to the House Manager at time of purchase.
-12 Tons of water provided.
-Generator on property which will kick into use if any power cuts in the local area. Costs apply if you use all our fuel and wish to benefit from the continued use of the Generator. To be paid to the House Manager.
House Manager can visit you for any help needed during your stay. Please note the House Manager is not on call 24/7, and may only be able get to you within the next 24 hours of reporting any issues within the property, due to other work commitments.
Please note that the pool will be out of commission from the end of November till late March/April every year to allow for maintenance and deep cleaning during the winter months.
Owner reserves the right of access to some private parts of the villa. These areas store the owner's private property and will not be accessible to guests and will be clearly marked.
