Summary: We had an okay stay at Napa Suites. We were given a room facing the road, and the traffic noise disturbed our sleep for the first two nights. We contacted Nathalie at reception, who was incredibly professional and helpful. She quickly found a solution to our problem and really saved our stay. Thank you for that! There were, however, a few things that brought the experience down. When we arrived, there were long black hairs in the room. Housekeeping came and removed most of them, but some were still left afterwards, which doesn't give the best first impression. At breakfast, our impression was that the staff's attention was focused on clearing tables rather than on the guests. This made the experience a bit unpleasant, and we almost felt like a nuisance when we had to approach them to order something. Coffee should either be available for guests to help themselves, or the staff should be more attentive to the guests. In addition, the pool was not heated. That said, the rooms and the view were truly top class, and the reception deserves great praise, especially Nathalie.
