"Get To The Pointe" is a ground level, 1,200 square foot end unit lakefront condo on Smith Mountain Lake — the Jewel of the Blue Ridge and one of the largest, cleanest freshwater lakes east of the Mississippi. This is the kind of place where mornings start with coffee on the private patio, evenings wind down with a beverage on the screened-in porch, and the main channel views never get old.
The unit gives you plenty of room to spread out inside and outside. Elevator access from the parking lot makes arrival easy for everyone. For fun in the sun, the upper "sun deck" and lower floating deck offer wonderful spots to soak up the sunshine, cool off in the lake with a swim, drop in a line for some of Virginia's finest freshwater fishing, or launch a canoe or paddleboard to explore a nearby cove. Rent a boat and spend the day skiing, tubing, or fishing. Dining and other activities are just a short car ride (or an even shorter jaunt in a boat) away. Smith Mountain Lake State Park is on the other side of the channel and Smith Mountain Lake Community Park is less than 5 miles away. Both have wonderful beaches, hiking, and more!
