STRICTLY NO PETS: This property has amenities that are unsuitable for pets. Please make other arrangements for pets during your trip. NO SMOKING. Please do not smoke inside the home or near entryways or open windows.
POOL SEASON: The swimming pool is ONLY open from MAY to MID-SEPTEMBER.
EXTRA CLEANING: We expect guests to maintain this property as they would their own home, keeping things tidy, doing dishes, and cleaning up messes as they occur. If the home requires extra cleaning for things like spills, stains, trash lying around, spa or pool water contamination, or similar, we will reach out to request a reasonable extra cleaning fee.
