Surrounded on three sides by over three thousand of acres of open space and set on a knoll over it’s own ( only for this home) sandy beach the house has view across the quiet ( no motor craft allowed) clear waters of 150 acre Wincheck Pond. Excellent swimming off the gradual incline of the beach . Enjoy kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding with the provided water craft off the 850 feet of the property's water frontage. Hiking is beautiful with Ell Pond, the only location in RI to be on the National Register of Natural Places ,1/2 mile from the house .1/2 hour from the Westerly or Charlestown beaches , Mystic Seaport , Mystic Aquarium , Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun .
It is highly recommended that you purchase trip insurance as bookings are non-refundable. Maximum 7 person overnight occupancy with no more than 10people allowed on the property at one time without making prior arrangements.
